THE CAMP

OVERVIEW

Train in the morning, Explore in the afternoon!

Why join the camp ?

What greater way to prepare for your Cross Country season than spending two weeks in France training at the highest altitude camp in Europe? Beyond the amazing training you will get, this will also be a fantastic experience as we will explore the South of France and do many activities beyond getting in shape (Check our amazing highlights on the next page)

A customized training ...

During this camp, we will focus on building the base and mileage needed to be successful during cross country season. We will evaluate the fitness of each and every camper and come up with a personalized training program for all. We will work with the athlete, parents and coaches to establish guidelines and mileage. We will also focus on running form, technique, strength and plyometric exercises that will help you be a better runner and promote an injury free season.

Our camp is limited to 20 spots so don't wait too long to register!

... in a fantastic environment

You will be able to enjoy the all-inclusive training resort (International Altitude Training Center) and enjoy a top notch staff, composed of nationally certified coaches, professional runners and trainers with a lot of experience in running a camp. If you check out our section “Spotted in Font Romeu”, you will see that many Olympic runners spend several months a year at this facility. While we can’t guarantee you will meet one person in particular, there is a great chance you will hang out with a few of them in the training room or on the track at one point or another.
